I am a painter living and working in the North East. Originally from the South, I have been in this area for over twenty years. I work in acrylic and oil, painting outside in all weathers. 

I use colour and brush in a way that reflects what I see as well as how I feel. The paintings are lively and expressive, capturing everything - mood, weather and light, on that day. I paint buildings, seascapes, townscapes, bridges, still-lives, and other things,
     ‘my inspiration comes from whatever is around me - wherever I happen to be!’
